Im a Sinner But At Least Im a Grammatically Correct Sinner
I got this pamphlet last night from one of my customers and apparently I appear to be a sinner. But at least I’m a grammatically-correct sinner…
Can that statement be anymore awkward and clumsy in its syntax? “All suffering soon to end“. Really? Come on.
How about “All suffering will end soon“?
And let me be the first person to say that the suffering will not end if that moose in the picture plods across the road in front of the Corvette you are driving, the one you have earned in the New World Order.
But this is what we can expect of course from the Jehovah’s Witnesses, a group that has failed to predict the end of the world repeatedly for the last frigging three decades.
The suffering might “soon to end” but the syntax errors won’t apparently.
And I’m considered the sinner. Weird. They can’t even get the language right.

They are Jehovah’s Witnesses. I’m sure whatever it is they are looking at it is not funny to the rest of us.
Sure, the scenery is nice, but if that house in the background doesn’t have electricity, running hot water, high speed internet, cable tv, a very large widescreen TV, and all the other modern conveniences, then I assure you that the suffering has not yet begun. And just what sort of slave labor harvested the food in their picnic basket in such a scene so devoid of modern machinery and technology? How did it get there? What sort of natural dangers must be avoided in transport without modern roads and trucks? Romanticized images of nature such as this pamphlet contains is exactly the sort of propaganda advanced by back to nature dirty hippie eco-commies that would allow a full 2/3 of the world to die of starvation and preventable disease, should we abandon the progress technology has made.
No, sir. You are most certainly NOT a sinner. However, if there is a god, then the publishers of this mindless pamphlet will most certainly spend all eternity in hell for their transgression.

You should read what’s inside the damn thing. It talks about free will given to us from God but only if we follow his rules, because of course if we had actual free will we would not be able to handle it. We’d fuck animals or do lots of drugs.

You gotta love those fucking Jehova’s witnesses; they sure know how to run a successful marketing campaign. Why is there is goddamn moose on this cover? I like this, tho … not sure why. It’s so bad it’s good.
And it is not a very big moose at all which is weird. The horses are bigger. I guess that is why JW’s don’t have to worry about hitting a moose with their cars in the heaven-on-Earth scenario.
