I experienced an involuntary wave of nausea when I saw that picture. I’m a surveyor from a moving company and people usually make the same dumb joke after letting me walk through the house and foolishly think I’m finished: “I’ve saved the best for last!” as they open the door with a flourish. I resist the urge to kick them in the shins, then start counting.
There is ALWAYS a table saw like that under all the crap. Do you also have a stash of ‘good wood’ you plan to use, a heap of outgrown plastic kid toys, and 49 flowerpots?
