He is an Unsafe Driver

So this idiot Payam Sabo drove his 2008 Cadillac Escalade onto the beach in a California town to watch the sunrise. You can clearly see the results in the above picture. The best part is that the police gave Payam a citation and a Department of Motor Vehicle license re-examination form. There are many reasons why you get them but this is the one that clearly speaks to the situation:
“A law enforcement officer who stops you for a traffic law violation or is at an accident scene in which you were involved, and you appear to be an unsafe driver.”
Personally I think Payam was paying tribute to Ted Kennedy by re-enacting his idol’s infamous Chappaquiddick incident. Problem is he didn’t bring a woman with him and he wasn’t on a bridge. At least he won’t have to wear a neck brace.

Shouldn’t he be getting an award from Schwarzenegger for:
a) taking a gas guzzling SUV of the highway?
b) helping curb beach erosion caused by raising waters?
c) creating a new artificial reef for endangered sea life?
d) stimulating the economy through the purchase of a new vehicle?
By the way Chris (in answer to your May 15th query about my lineage), my parents were married when I was born. Just not to each other.
